How much time do you spend reading per week?
I don't spend time reading; I choose to invest my time reading. And on average I'd say it's about 15 hours a week.
What's the best time of day to read?
I usually get up before everyone else in the house and read in the morning. All your neurons are firing when you wake up, and we are the smartest we will be all day between 5 - 7 AM. There’s nothing more important to your personal and professional growth than the act of reading.
What's your favorite leadership book and why?
How To Be A Great Boss by Gino Wickman and Rene Boer. It gives a step-by-step plan on how to most effectively lead, manage, and achieve accountability within a department and an organization.
